I run classes, assist with Rehab classes & Deliver gym inductions and take care of the reception duties. 

I am passionate and enthusiastic about helping people with their desire to better themselves, either sport specific or just general heath and development.

I am very interested in Strength and Conditioning and currently undertaking more of my UKSCA exams enabling me to work with both athletes and sports teams.

My qualifications include –

Strength and Conditioning Level 1,

Personal Training,

Gym Instructor Level 2,

Pound fit,

First Aid (+Defib) & TRX Instructor.
