I am a self-employed, fully qualified, fully insured Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist , with over 15 years experience , providing treatment to a wide range of clientele.

My treatments are tailored to your  individual needs so, no matter your age or ability everyone can benefit from treatment.

As well as clinic work at Life & Sole and in Aviemore , I enjoy working at sporting events whether it be marathons or 24 hour endurance events.

I work out of Life & Sole on a Thursday only.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1996 – Diploma in Advanced Remedial Massage

2002 – Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy

Registered with the Sports Massage Association ( SMA Level 4 )
