I specialise in nutrition and body composition. So whether you are wanting to put on some muscle mass and get stronger or lose fat and look better in the mirror. I can help you do so. I don’t like to just focus on weights and I don’t just focus on cardio either. I utilise both in a 70/30 split. This style of training coupled with a realistic and sustainable way of eating will allow you to get to your goals easier than ever before!
I pride myself on being as realistic and as down to earth as possible. I don’t sugar coat anything and say things how they are. I’ll aim to teach you all you need to know and to bust all the fitness and nutrition myths that you have heard along the way, to set you up on the right path.
1 to 1 Personal Training - This is for people who want very specific tailored training to get to their own specific goals. Your training and nutrition will be based solely on you and your goals. - £30 per session (1 hour).
1 to 2 Personal Training - uncomfortable/scared to train alone? Or know a friend you want to train with? 1 to 2 Personal Training allows you to train with someone else and split the cost! Training and nutrition will be tailored to your individual needs. - £30 per session (1 hour).
