I specialise in nutrition and weight management. So whether you are looking to put on some lean muscle, lose some body fat, or even both at the same time! I can help you do so. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to get you fast and consistent results. I don't just focus on cardio and I don't just focus on weights as I believe both are key. So I combine the two together in a 70 % weight and 30 % cardio split. This style of training, coupled with a healthy, nutritious way of eating and dedication will allow you to tone up and lose fat at the same time! 

 

Sessions Available:

1 to 1 Personal Training – 1 to 1 personal training is for people that want very focused training tailored completely to you with specific exercises and nutrition tips to meet your personal needs and goals. With the whole hour focused on your needs and your needs alone.

1 to 2 Personal Training. Uncomfortable about training alone? Or know a friend that you want to train with? 1 to 2 personal training allows you to train with a friend yet still have very specific training tailored to you both. My time will be split evenly between you both throughout the session for questions, training and anything else.

Indoor Rock Climbing and High Ropes Instructor (ERCA)
